Welcome to our female entrepreneur community for creative and wellbeing businesses. We believe that community, wellbeing, and creativity are essential elements for success in both business and life. We understand that entrepreneurship can be a challenging and isolating journey, which is why we've created a space where like-minded women can come together, support one another, and thrive.
”Thank you so much for organising this group,
it was such a refreshing day listening and sharing
all our ups and downs of being a female business 💜”
Martina Mula - Acqua Dolce Therapies
Community is at the heart of what we do. We know that when women come together, amazing things can happen. Our community is a safe and welcoming space where you can connect with other female entrepreneurs, share your experiences, and learn from one another. We believe that collaboration, not competition, is the key to success, and our community is built on the principles of generosity, kindness, and mutual support.
We also place a strong emphasis on wellbeing. As entrepreneurs, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and grind of running a business, but we know that taking care of ourselves is essential for long-term success. Our community offers a range of resources and support to help you prioritise your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. From mindfulness practices to getting out in nature to reconnecting with all our senses, letting the thought processes flow with the walking processes whilst on our netwalking sessions.
We believe in the power of creativity. As female entrepreneurs, we're constantly innovating and finding new ways to solve problems and create value. We know that creativity is the engine that drives progress and growth, and we encourage our community members to tap into their creative potential. Whether it's through artistic expression, innovative thinking, or simply trying new things, we believe that creativity is a key ingredient for success in business and life.
Sign up to our Netwalking and you will be invited to join our private Facebook group to connect and collaborate with others and share experiences and questions.
We are two Creative and Wellbeing female entrepreneurs looking to support other female entrepreneurs and build a community of like-minded women.

'Yes"
"Just take that", said the horse"

A woman is a full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and transform.

Having been an interior designer for over 20 years, home environments and how they make you feel is one of my passions. I teach well-being and sustainable interior design courses too.
My other passion is designing patterns for fabrics, wallpapers and stationary, drawing and designing is my happy zone, inspired by nature and travel.
I have 3 adult sons and a 14 year old son who came into our life as a foster child at 2 1/2 years old, we adopted him at 4 years old. I have an interest in Neuroplasticity which started whilst fostering and helping children with trauma to rewire their damaged thought processes. The transformation was amazing to witness.
I love being out in nature with Rosie 🐶 my design assistant. Family road trips in our motorhome, gardening, yoga and reading whenever I get a free moment, I have a backlog of books, podcasts and audibles to catch up on.
I met Karen just about to nervously do a presentation on the ‘wheel of life’ (we all know that feeling) we hit it off in that moment making a wonderful connection. And that’s exactly what we want to create here, connection, collaboration and friendships. 🙏

As Mum to two grown up daughters, and to our cockerpoo Ted, I decided to retrain in my early forties, and start a new career, having become a single Mum. I knew that I wanted to support women as they navigate all things life and work, and make positive changes.
As the saying goes, "you can't pour from an empty cup", and I know from experience how challenging it can be to juggle everything. So I now use a blend of the skills I've learnt in my training as a clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and Executive Coach and Mentor, to encourage women to invest in, and prioritise themselves more as they do the things they want and need to do. I love being in nature and enjoy coaching outdoors when I can. The natural world is a supportive environment which can help us to be more creative, productive and focused, as well as being good for our physical and mental fitness. Aside from work, I'll usually be found walking with Ted, my family and friends, or with my camera. I love playing tennis, the piano or learning something too. I always have far too many books and podcasts on the go but I absolutely love the work I do, and am really excited to be working with Andrea to create what we hope and know will be a fantastic community for us all.
